33-50GHz WR-22 WAVEGUIDE LOAD VN-WGLD-3350-WR22

 

  • Low insertion loss (by design, as a terminating load)
  • Easy flange integration (UG, CPR, cover, choke)
  • Available in air‑cooled, forced‑air, and water‑cooled versions

 

  • Installation Orientation:
  • Some high‑power WAVEGUIDE LOAD must be mounted with the fins vertical to optimize convection. Always follow the datasheet of that specific WAVEGUIDE LOAD.
  • Verification:
  • After installation, use a network analyzer to confirm that the WAVEGUIDE LOAD presents a return loss better than 30 dB (VSWR < 1.065).
  • Protection of Sensitive Components:During transmitter testing or amplifier tuning, a WAVEGUIDE LOAD acts as a dummy antenna. Without a WAVEGUIDE LOAD, reflected power could destroy expensive devices such as magnetrons or solid‑state amplifiers.
